This notice describes the behavior of this website project. GTECH should review and update this notice, including retention practices and any future service providers, before public launch.
What the request form collects
The form stores your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, vehicle information, preferred date and time, selected package, first-detail promotion preference and any notes you provide. It also stores the request reference, status and creation time. Please do not include payment details or sensitive information in notes.
Why it is collected
GTECH uses these details to review, quote, schedule and follow up on your appointment request. Submitting the form gives permission to contact you about that request. It does not sign you up for marketing.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s database: SQLite during local development, or Cloudflare D1 when the website is hosted on Cloudflare. In the Cloudflare deployment, Cloudflare provides hosting and database storage. They are available through a password-protected owner panel. Customer data is not exposed through the public gallery or availability API. Retention and deletion are handled by the owner; a retention period must be established before launch.
Cookies and external services
The owner panel uses a temporary session cookie for sign-in. The customer request form does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When enabled by GTECH, Google Apps Script sends booking details to the owner’s Gmail address and places confirmed appointments in a private GTECH Google Calendar. Cancelled appointments are removed from that calendar. Google stores the resulting emails and calendar data separately from the website database. This integration does not send marketing or automatic customer emails. Retention and deletion in Gmail, Calendar and the website database must be managed separately. This project does not include third-party analytics, payment processing or SMS.

Appointment and payment terms
A form submission saves a request, not a confirmed appointment. Pricing, service scope and any $10 reservation payment or cancellation terms require direct confirmation with GTECH. No payment is collected by this website.
